Our commitment to state-of-the-art technology and skilled personnel has positioned us as a trusted leader in the field.Why join us?$130,000-$170,000 per year depending on ExperienceExcellent Benefits and Room for GrowthVentilated FacilityJob DetailsThis position is responsible for leading and directing prototype and production machining CNC Machinery, CAD, and CAM software for developmental paths to produce parts within tolerance at optimal cycle times.Lead the development of machined part fabrication, including but not limited to materials, tooling, programming, simulation, layout, setup, execution and inspectionReview and monitor individual part machining processes, proposing refinements where continuity, efficiencies, ergonomics and/or quality can be improvedLead CAM program development and ensure staff responsibilities align with best practicesInterpret/analyze engineering drawings and specifications to ensure proper fabrication of productsMonitor and guide CNC Machinists ensuring compliance with specifications and standardsDesign machine and general fixtures within CAD to aid in fabrication processesEstablish speed and feed rates that optimize the machining processFabricate, repair, and assemble plastic/metal parts with the operation of mechanical equipmentOversee the use of standard hand and power tools to assemble parts into subassembliesExpertise in operating the following machine shop equipment: CNC Horizontal and Vertical Mill, CNC Lathe, Swiss Lathe, Water jet, Drill Press, Band saw, and Table sawExpertise in operation of machinery that perform threading, deburring, lapping, polishing, etcUnderstand and follow safety precautions and ensure compliance with company safety policiesAbility to interpret basic to complex engineering drawings and requirementsKnowledge of the operation and programming of measurement equipment such as calipers, micrometers, indicators, CNC vision systems, and CMMFamiliar with ISO Standards and Good Manufacturing PracticesInterested in hearing more?
