- Machine Set-Up: Prepare CNC milling machines for production by loading raw materials, selecting appropriate tools, and configuring machine settings for optimal performance.
- CNC Milling Operations: Operate and monitor CNC milling machines during production, making adjustments as needed to maintain quality and accuracy.
- Quality Assurance: Regularly inspect machined parts to ensure they meet required tolerances and specifications, addressing any issues promptly.
- Production Support: Collaborate with team members to ensure production goals are met and deadlines are achieved.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot minor issues that arise during operation.
- Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety protocols while operating machinery and ensure compliance with company policies.
What We're Looking For:
- CNC Experience: Prior experience in operating CNC milling machines is essential. Familiarity with machine operations, tooling, and programming is required.
- Industry Knowledge: Background in the manufacturing industry, specifically in CNC milling, is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools to verify product dimensions.
- Problem-Solving: Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues during operations.
- Attention to Detail: Precision and care in monitoring machined parts for quality.
- Team Player: Willingness to work collaboratively to meet production goals.
- Safety Focus: Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and following safety guidelines.
