: Job Details :

Essential Duties:Effectively uses shop packages to include, but not limited to manufacturing orders, bill of materials, routings, part prints, job layouts, and quality alertsEnsures that gases and tools that are used are within calibration datesSets up and operates multiple machines simultaneously as required by the routingSorts and reworks non-conforming parts as requiredProduces product to established quality standards and notifies direct supervisor if non-conforming product is foundParticipates in SQCD Board meetings as scheduledPerforms quality checks per WEOP0855 and associated Inspection Record (QF08120)Requests raw material in a timely manner as needed for production and maintain accuracy of all inventory proceduresPerforms and documents preventative maintenance according to released methods 100% of the timeOther duties as assignedQualifications:Ability to safely and properly operate and set up various production machines.Basic computer knowledgeAbility to do simple math calculationsAbility to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, memos and blue prints.Ability to write simple correspondence and fill in required quality forms.Ability to read and properly use measuring devices, such as micrometers, calipers, go/no-go gages, and other inspection devices as needed.High School Education or equivalentMinimum 2 years' experiencePI51687f039###-####6-33590384
