CNC Operator
: Job Details :

Job Description:

• Operate and set up CNC tube bending machines to bend and shape metal tubes according to specifications.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job orders to ensure accurate bending operations.
• Adjust machine settings, tooling, and programs for different tube sizes and bending angles.
• Perform quality checks on finished tubes using calipers, gauges, and other measurement tools to ensure precise bending and compliance with specifications.

Requirements:

• Strong math skills (decimals and fractions)
• Closed-toed shoes, pants or shorts, shirt.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds (most items weigh less).
• CNC bender operator experience
• Mechanically inclined
• Proficient with a ruler and tape measure
• Able to read instructions, length angles and bend diagrams, and XYZ drawings
• Resume

Job Details:

• Full-time
• 40 – 50 per week
• $15.00-$30.00 per hour (based on job and experience)
• Monday-Friday from 5:00am-1:30pm
• Overtime: Optional, not mandatory, available for 1-2 hours after shift ends and occasionally on Saturdays.
• Lunch Break: 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
• Breaks: Two 15-minute paid breaks.
