Job Summary: As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality components according to specifications. This role requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to maintaining our standards of excellence.

Job Duties:

  • Operate CNC machines to produce components according to specifications.
  • Ensure all items meet our strict quality control requirements.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting of equipment and make necessary adjustments.
  • Interpret blueprints and use basic measuring instruments as needed.
  • Complete all necessary documents accurately and thoroughly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area in accordance with 5S standards.
  • Adhere strictly to safety, environmental, and quality policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience and Education:

  • Have 3 to 12 months of experience performing work under direct supervision in a manufacturing environment.
  • Possess a beginning to working knowledge of CNC machine operation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Competencies/ Skills:

  • Ability to interpret work instructions and follow both written and verbal directions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in basic mathematical skills to support manufacturing processes.
