Ability to use: Plasma Cutter, Manual Drills, and CNC sawsSupport and selection of new equipment and ability to program, and operate CNC equipmentMulti-task and support all aspects of metal and carbon fiber productionWelding experience is a bonus+ Eligible for Medical, Dental, and Vision insurances after 90 days. We offer 3 different Medical plans.+ After 90 days we provide our employees with $50,000 of free life insurance and up to $9,000 a month of free long-term disability.+ Sick Time is accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked. An employee can use a max of 40 hours of sick time during a calendar year.+ At 6 months employees get 40 hours of vacation. At 1 year, employees get another 40 hours of vacation. At 2 year thru 4, employees get two weeks vacation.
