Midpoint Staffing & Recruiting |Midpoint Staffing & Recruiting| Baldwin City, KS |Baldwin City, KS| Full-time |Full-time| $20 - $30 an hour |$20 - $30 an hour| CNC Operator, Machinist Job Summary As a CNC Operator, Machinist you will be responsible for: *Experience with Mazatrol and Fanuc control* - Operating the CNC Machine, to include inspecting machinery and product for Quality assurance. - Handle material appropriately and safely. - Use Precision measurement of product using calipers and micrometers. - Oversee the daily functions of the CNC Lathe. Candidates should have experience operating a CNC machine. All equipment operators must follow company and governmental safety guidelines at all times. CNC Machinist Requirements: *Experience with Mazatrol and Fanuc control.* - Inspect large equipment before and after use to ensure they are working properly Follow safety protocols is a must - Must have familiarity with precision measurement equipment (e.g.- Calipers. Micrometers). - Experience operating CNC Machines- (Your experience lever will reflect your pay rate). - Experience with CNC Lathes with Mazatrol and Fanuc control. - Ability to work independently, and stand for long periods of time. - Ability to lift up to 30lbs repeatedly. - Follow all safety procedures while operating equipment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Health insurance Paid time off Schedule: 12 hour shift Day shift Night shift Weekend availability Ability to commute/relocate: Baldwin City, KS: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Machining: 2 years (Preferred) Shift availability: Night Shift (Preferred) Overnight Shift (Preferred) Day Shift (Preferred) Work Location: In person.
