**Job Title: CNC Press Brake Operator**
**Job Description**
The employee is responsible for primarily running a CNC press brake. They will be cross-trained to run various CNC machines (Mills & Lathes), sheers, plasma cutters, and perform general metal-working tasks throughout the shop as needed. The operator may also be required to work in the rebar area of the shop or other areas of the business as needed. In the rebar area, they will be cutting, measuring, and twisting rebar based on client orders.
- Prepare, set up, and adjust the press brake to shape steel accordingly.
- Measure and align materials based on the specific product order.
- Read blueprints/mechanical drawings.
- Lift up to 50+ lbs. of material.
- Perform basic quality checks to ensure materials are not damaged.

Smaller structural steel job shop in Seaford, DE. 35 employees. Non-temp controlled. 3 buildings on-site with a small office up front. Skillsets in the shop include machine operators, welders, and material handlers/laborers.
