The ideal candidate will be responsible for the setup and operation of computer numerically controlled (CNC) machines to produce high-quality metal parts with precision and efficiency. If you have proven experience in CNC machining, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, we invite you to apply.Primary Job DutiesSet up CNC machines according to job specifications, including tool selection and fixture setup.Operate CNC machines to produce components while monitoring the production process for quality and efficiency.Make necessary adjustments to machine settings to ensure accuracy and quality.Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.Program CNC machines using CAM software or G-code programming.Debug and optimize CNC programs for efficiency and accuracy.Conduct frequent quality checks on machined parts to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards.Manage inventory of raw materials and tooling required for CNC operations.Other duties as assigned.
