This position will advocate and support the Corporate Win Strategy.2nd Shift Hours: 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm (8-hour Shift), 3:00 pm - 1:30 am (10-hour Shift)Training on 1st Shift Hours: 6:30 am - 3:00 pm (8-hour Shift), 4:30 am - 3:00 pm (10-hour Shift)Parker Benefits Package:• Minimum starting Range of Pay $21.00-$24.00 per hour depending on experience and qualifications plus $1.00 per hour 2nd Shift Premium• Retention Bonus $750 after six months of service and performance• Paid Vacation and Sick Time from Date of Hire• Paid Holidays• Medical, Dental, Vision and Basic Life Insurance Benefits - Eligible First Day of Employment• 401K Retirement Savings Plan with 5% Company Match - Eligible First Day of Employment• Pension Plan• Consistent Company Bonus• Annual Performance Review• Clean, Climate Controlled FacilityResponsibilities Essential Functions:• Read different measuring devices such as: calibers, hand micrometers and depth gauges.• Set up machine to ensure tooling and fixtures are properly installed.• Operate machine by loading and unloading material.• Perform simple edits in programming machines such as: offsets, speeds, feeds and lengths.• Validate all materials to routing numbers provided.• Knowledge of all CNC/NC machine centers, lathes, multiple spindle equipment, including mills• Perform a variety of quality assessments with different measuring devices and specification guides.• Run machine effectively while ensuring and maintaining quality, quantity and safety.• Use a wide variety of hand tools.• Performs other duties as requested.The essential functions have been provided as examples of the type of work performed by employees assigned to this job classification.
