High degree of ownership, and desire to make those around you better.Job Summary: Work directly with our machining department providing advanced CNC programming deliverables for multi-axis machine tools. Generate full kit CAD/CAM files that provide clear direction to skilled machinists and facilitate unattended and lights out machining operations in a complex work piece environment.Responsibilities:Evaluate projects for appropriate tooling requirements to determine the most efficient utilization of several multi-axis machine toolsPrepare and monitor shop floor machining process data collection during first article operationsGenerate machining process plans to go from stock to finished part including multiple setups and machinesPrepare 3D Modeling of parts, fixtures, setups, and tooling relating to the startup of projects.Determine utilization of Vericut toolpath verification and optimizationQualificationsQualifications and Education:Candidate will have extensive knowledge of advanced programming techniques for multi axis machine tools using Mastercam or comparable CAD/CAM softwareThe ideal candidate must possess strong manufacturing support skills in fundamental machining practices, including good work holding techniques and tooling applicationsExcellent communication skillsStrong multitasking skillsMinimum of 2 years programming 5 axis machines required2 year degree or trade school preferredVisit our website for more information - is an Equal Opportunity Employer and strong advocate of workforce diversity.
