Description:****Interrogate, analyze, comprehend, and interpret various Engineering Drawings,Models, Bills of Materials, Technical Specifications, Quality Documents, BellProcess Framework, and departmental procedures as necessary to perform assignedwork.****Provides MCAD operational models and 2D drawings for manufacturing processplanning sequences as required.****Provide process liaison support for manufacturing operations when MCAD modelswith 2D drawings exist as required.****Develops, Creates and Maintains Tooling/Fixture definition for manufacturingoperations for all media types including MCAD and manual legacy designs.****Executes creation and maintenance of CAM programs and operator instructions forNumerical Controlled equipment.****Responsible for developing, creating, and maintaining Loft MCAD models, flatpatterns and associated digital tooling programs.****Working knowledge of NC Programming, Loft, Engineering, Tool Design,****Manufacturing and Planning processes and procedures.****Skilled in the concept related to the application of GD&T/Aerospace tolerances.****Supports producibility assessments when requested.****Maintains records and schedules of work assigned.****Will meet established companycost control standards, schedule and quality requirements to maintain marketcompetitiveness.****Provide technical assistance to procurement and suppliers as determined bymanagement.****Execute strong communication skills, both verbal and written, required tocommunicate and interact between internal and external customers.****Apply extensive aircraft manufacturing knowledge and be prepared to train, direct,instruct, mentor and check/validate Production Engineering work.****Required to attend training and complete competency-based testing as required bymanagement to remain current with technological advancements.Qualifications - ExternalEducational Requirements:****Four (4) years college or eight (8) years of experience in the aircraft industry.
