CNC Router Operator (Full-Time)Industrial Profile Systems – Akron, OHHourly/Non-ExemptJob DescriptionTheCNC Router Operatormust have a minimum of 3 or more years of experience in a router machine setup, programming, and operation.A strong mechanical aptitude, great organizational skills, with proficiency reading blueprints is essential for this position. The items to be machined consist of a variety of aluminum, polycarbonate, and High-Pressure Laminate. This position will report directly to the Shop Supervisor.BenefitsFull-time positionMedical, dental, vision, and life insurance on the 31st day of employment401K eligibility begins after the 60th day of employmentPay is bi-weeklyGenerous PTO policyPay Range:Open to DiscussionJob Responsibilities -CNC Router OperatorInterpret drawings to determine dimensional criteria, tolerances, geometric dimensioningPerform set-ups and tool pathing for router operationCNC machining of parts on MultiCam RouterIdentify the necessary tooling and equipment to perform assigned operationMaintain tooling perform preventative maintenance for the machine as neededOperate a tow motor and overhead crane on an as needed basisAssist in maintaining the highest quality of product provided by Industrial Profile SystemsPerform other miscellaneous job duties and related functions as directedDesired Skills & Experience-CNC Router OperatorHigh school diploma or GEDMinimum of 3 years of CNC router machining experience requiredKnowledge and/or experience with Enroute routing softwareAdvanced ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and specificationsProficiency in basic math for measurement and calculationsAbility to manage multiple priorities and tasks with a sense of urgencyEffective verbal communication skillsStrong interpersonal and teamwork skillsWell organized with an aptitude for details and precision machiningProficient PC skills in a Windows environmentMust be able to work independently with little supervision.Able to stand or walk for the majority of the day and able to lift 40lbs on a needed basis and up to 75 pounds with assistanceAble to regularly apply physical mobility (stretching, lifting, bending, twisting, etc.) to perform all assembly related assignmentsCompany DescriptionIndustrial Profile Systems, formerly MB Kit Systems, LLC, is the premium provider of engineering and design services utilizing our structural aluminum and modular components to create mechanical hardware solutions across a wide range of industries.
