The ideal candidate is a skilled CNC Swiss Machinist with experience programming and optimizing parts on Citizen L32 machines, performing set-ups, and monitoring machining processes to ensure quality and precision. They are detail-oriented, capable of handling technical drawings and inspections, and have expertise in tool selection, GD&T, and process improvement. Familiarity with materials like aluminum, stainless steel, and titanium is essential. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Swiss Machinist to play a crucial role in our manufacturing operations. In this position, you will utilize your expertise to produce high-quality parts with precision and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: • 2-year Technical degree or equivalent, 5+ years experience and attention to detail is required. • Programming new parts and optimizing existing programs on a Citizen L32 • Performing set-ups on multiple Citizen L32 Swiss machines • Load stock into bar feeder and monitor the machining process • Make necessary adjustments to maintain nominal print dimensions and required surface finishes • Performs visual and physical inspection of parts produced per QMS • Performs accurate transactions (clock on, clock off, entering quantities, closing out operation when done, filling in appropriate paperwork). • Keep a clean and organized work environment • May be responsible for overseeing other Swiss operators Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
