Our dedicated client is seeking a CNC Lead to manage a team in Milford, NH. In this role, you will oversee daily production activities, ensure quality standards are met, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment. The Ideal candidate must have past Milling and Lathe Experience.

Job Title: CNC Team Lead

Location: Milford, NH

Position Type: Permanent

Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday

Pay: $28 - $32 per hour, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of 2 production workers.
• Read and interpret blueprints for production.
• Utilize CNC Milling and Lathe expertise to manage machining operations
• Maintain and troubleshoot CNC and production equipment.
• Use Microsoft Word and Excel for reports and tracking.
• Ensure product quality and safety standards are met.
• Previous experience with the Department of Defense (DOD) is a plus.

Qualifications:

• CNC Milling and Lathe Experience is a must
• Past Leadership Experience
• Strong mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• DOD experience is a plus.
• Leadership and problem-solving abilities.
