Job DescriptionEnsures our Tooling and Production equipment meets the needs of our teams and runs smoothly and efficiently. Uses tools and dies to build fixtures; creates dies as required. Repairs dies, and tools when needed; disassembles dies, jigs, tools, and fixtures, then reassembles when repaired. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance on Dies Tooling.Troubleshoot Dies ToolingTroubleshoot Processing issues Perform Mold and/or Die Repairs and Engineering Changes that may include welding and hand finishing Make replacement components for both Tooling and Production Equipment Ability to work any shiftPerform all other duties as assigned or needed.Knowledge, Skills and Competencies RequiredExperience with standard Tool Room Machines Proficient in working complex Three Dimensional surfaces Ability to read blue prints CNC Machining experience
