CNG Technician (Compressor Mechanic)

Do you have experience working on / repairing compressors? Are you open to traveling? Our client is looking to fill a CNG Technician role (Compressor Mechanic). They have two openings (California and Indiana). This role functions in an on-site and on-call capacity. The technician will be expected to provide phone and email support for various service questions. This position will report directly to the Energy Management Director of Operations. As a CNG Tech, you will:- Manage electrical testing, mechanical testing, field service, repairs, retrofits problem-solving- Be open to traveling- Operate independently on-site and in an on-call capacity- Provide operational support, maintenance, and repairs on compressors, piping, fill posts, decompression systems, and all ancillary equipment- Train customers on maintenance and troubleshooting- Perform trial runs and commissioning of the equipment- Promote and participate in continuous improvement efforts- Fill out test paperwork properly- Analyze test results, and report on them accordingly- Read and analyze prints/drawings- Make timely and accurate requests for parts and materialsBase salary, a 401k with company match, per diem, Company truck and expense card, all tools and PPE provided
