About the Role
We are seeking a Co-Founder and CTO to lead the technological development of our legal tech platform with the goal of streamlining workflows and workforce management for corporate law firms. Join leadership alongside experienced corporate attorneys to drive innovation within legal tech.
Responsibilities
Architect and develop a platform optimized for legal workflows based on existing architecture.Lead AI/ML integration to enhance automation and communications.Build and lead an engineering team to deliver scalable, reliable tech solutions.Align technology strategies with business objectives and growth.Ensure platform performance, scalability, and security.Foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.Qualifications
5+ years in technology leadership, with experience in software development, system architecture, and AI/ML.Proven ability to build and scale tech products, preferably in B2B SaaS or legal tech.Previous experience in M&A is highly desirable.Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring engineering teams.Strategic mindset with a history of delivering impactful technology solutions.Skills
Expertise in modern programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python) and frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js).Experience with AI/ML tools and frameworks.Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS), databases, and security best practices.Familiarity with agile development, CI/CD, and DevOps.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.If you're a technical partner excited about going zero to one, we'd like to speak with you.
