PPC Adwise LLC is a rapidly growing PPC agency specializing in managing high-budget ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more. With over $200M in ad spend managed and 13+ years of industry experience, we help eCommerce, lead generation, and affiliate businesses achieve high ROAS and optimized ad performance. We're looking for a strategic partner who can take the operational side of the business to the next level and also invest in our exciting journey.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Co-Founder / Partner to join PPC Adwise LLC, with a focus on managing the operational side of the business. This role is ideal for someone with a background in business operations, finance, or management and who is passionate about scaling a digital agency. The ideal candidate will not only manage day-to-day operations but will also invest in the business, helping to fuel further growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations, including finance, accounting, HR, and project management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize business processes and improve efficiency.
  • Handle hiring, team management, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with the CEO on growth strategies and business development.
  • Ensure smooth client onboarding, project delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute capital investment in PPC Adwise LLC to support scaling efforts.
  • Foster partnerships and alliances to drive business growth.

    • Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business operations, finance, or management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Previous experience in the digital marketing or advertising industry is a plus.
  • Ability to invest financially in the business.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on growth and scaling.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
