It is our expectation that each employee will offer his/her services wherever and whenever necessary to ensure the success of our endeavors.Position Overview: Entry-level position to be able to learn how to spray coating and finish or refinish equipment to specified color or finish by performing the following duties.Essential Functions: Ability to learn to coat Armor protection systems Understand the basics of how to smooth and sand surface for finishing Ability to learn how to prepare and spray primer and topcoats on work piece Computer based data collection Ability to learn how to mix multiple component paints and topcoats Other duties may be assignedJob Specifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities): Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner High level of self-motivation and initiative Excellent communication both written and verbal Excellent teamwork skills Follows instructions, responds to management direction Takes responsibility for own actions Work OT when necessary Completes tasks on time Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area. Proficient with Outlook, and have a basic understanding of a ERP Manufacturing software, and Excel Basic knowledge for tools used to preform maintenanceEducation, Certifications and Experience: High school diploma or GED and up to one years related experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experiencePhysical Demands and Work Environment:Working conditions are normal for that of a manufacturing/machine shop/office environment.
