Not just a job-a mission.What you'll doThe COBRA Support position will provide support functions associated with COBRA Administration and the Enrollment Department. Timely, accurate processing of all functions is integral to this position. The individual will interact directly with coworkers within the department, various staff members from nearly all other departments as well as clients and members. This position will require being in the Westborough office five days a week. In this role, you'll also: + Receive COBRA premium checks and correspondence daily, date stamp and scan to COBRA team for processing. + Ensure COBRA premium checks have applicable documentation attached for distribution to Finance or to mail directly to clients after processing. + Provide assistance to co-workers with clerical functions including printing and sorting various items, preparing mailings (i.e. monthly/quarterly reminder letters, open enrollment packets, manual letters) and similar tasks.+ Prepare and deliver accurate and timely client reporting as directed.+ Review and process returned mail to ensure we have current address information on file. + Assist with the administration of COBRA, including but not limited to responding to client and member inquiries, assisting clients and members via phone, fax, and email, and conferring with client contacts as required ensuring accurate information updated to systems.+ Document and prepare enrollment/change materials with information necessary to affect systematic retrieval.+ Accomplish daily tasks within defined timeframe.+ Various other support duties as the need arises.What you bring+ High School diploma or combination of education, related experience, or training+ One to two years 'of office experience, preferably in the healthcare industry+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint+ Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively+ Communicates effectively, both verbally and in writing+ Ability to work both independently and as a member of the team+ Ability to anticipate and understand systems interactions+ Must be detailed, analytical and accurate+ Ability to work within specified timeframe and meet deadlines+ Recognize and maintain confidentiality of work materials as appropriateWhy choose us?+ Our space is a reflection of who we are-innovative, open and collaborative.+ Love to get creative?
