We are seeking Experienced Cold Header Operators in the Plymouth, MI area.

A national company with a facility in the Plymouth/Canton area is currently seeking a Cold Header Operator for Direct Hire opportunities with their growing team. These are exciting opportunities for candidates seeking a direct hire Cold Header Operator position with opportunities to grow and advance within the organization.

Cold Header Operators will be working a full-time, with pay rates anticipated to be $23 - 36 per hour based on each candidate's experience and education. All well-qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate. We offer excellent benefits including medical, dental, company paid life and disability insurance, 401k, and more.

Qualified Cold Header Operators will possess most, if not all, of the following skills and experience:

• 3+ years of previous Cold Header Operations
• Ability to use precision measurement tools and gauges
• Complete set up and tool changes of cold header machine
• Blueprint reading
• Must be able to work in the United States (no H-1 sponsorship or student visas considered).
• Complete standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, references, etc.
