As we expand our team in the Toledo, Ohio area, we are seeking a skilled and experienced cold rolling mill line area expert to join us.
Job Description
A steel cold rolling mill plays a pivotal role in shaping and refining steel into thinner and more precise dimensions. Its primary function is to reduce the thickness of steel coils while also improving its surface finish and mechanical properties.
As a Cold Rolling Mill Area Manger, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating various aspects of design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project control functions within a broader program of capital works. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful delivery of capital works, adhering to our zero-harm philosophy, approved budget, schedule, and business requirements.
We seek an experienced innovative project manager, preferably with experience managing work on similar steel processing lines, who is enthusiastic leading a small team of project engineers while working in a larger cross-functional team working to deliver a larger program of work.
Qualifications
Minimum Required:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* 5 years of manufacturing or project management experience
* Have managed similar sized projects ($US5-100M)
Preferred:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering discipline
* Steel manufacturing/processing experience
* Budget management background
