Job Title: Collaboration EngineerActual Title of the role: Collaboration Engineer (IT Digital Workplace)Duration: 6 MonthsOnsite/Hybrid/Remote: Hybrid (3 Days)Only Locals/Non locals can be submitted: Locals onlyMode of interview: ZoomNo of rounds of interview: 2Job DescriptionThis role in the Digital Workplace team will be primarily focused as a Collaboration solutions expert securing and configuring our O365 and Box environments. You will be a core member of the team and work collaboratively with the broader collaboration team as well as cross functional teams.Role & Responsibilities: Support for our O365 (SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.) and Box environments with knowledge of advanced configurations settings at the enterprise level and security best practices Provides tier III support for trouble resolution of Intranet, SharePoint, Zoom, Slack, MS Teams, Mural, Box, O365 to supplement the program's operations team. Play a critical role in building and sustaining business partner relationships while driving the adoption of the collaboration products and platform Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements, integrating business knowledge with technical solutions Engage with technical staff to contribute to the technical strategy and design to meet business needs Create technical documentation for the support teams and customers. Proactively research and evaluate tools and technologies, as appropriate, to the collaboration environment.Required Skills and Experience Strong working knowledge of Microsoft O365 applications like SharePoint, OneDrive and other cloud solutions Proven success in implementing and supporting Microsoft cloud-based solutions, with a preference for experience in Microsoft 365 Copilot and content migrations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues in collaboration with teams. Admin experience managing & supporting Box enterprise environments in following areas: user account management, reports generation, integration of 3rd party applications, security & permissions Extensive experience troubleshooting, support & ticket analysis using the ServiceNow platform Ability to lead project implementations with responsibility of architecture designs and solution strategy Ability to effectively present product and/or solution information to both a technical and non-technical audience. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and related experience. Broad experience in eliciting requirements and communicating clearly with non-technical individuals, development teams, and other ancillary project members Ability to work independently Proficiency in authoring, editing, and presenting technical documents
