We are seeking individuals to manage and collect delinquent accounts efficiently, professionally, and in alignment with standardized collection processes. You will notify supervisors of any accounts requiring repossession, foreclosure, or charge-off. Job Responsibilities: Promptly and professionally collect on delinquent accounts using established procedures Meet performance goals, including call volume, client contact rates, and payment commitments achieved Negotiate and arrange payment plans based on clients' financial situations Accurately document all collection activities in the system Maintain open communication with the collections supervisor and ensure timely follow-up on accounts Qualifications: 3 years of Customer Service experience REQUIRED Call Center experience highly preferred Bilingual candidates highly preferred Strong communication, decision-making, and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft applications and the ability to work collaboratively in a team settin...
