Due to federal contract requirements, United States citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance is required for the position. The day-to-day: The Collection Data Manager oversees the organization, maintenance, and accessibility of diverse data sets within a specified collection. They are responsible for implementing efficient data management processes, ensuring data quality and integrity, and facilitating seamless retrieval and analysis of information. By employing strategic data management practices, Collection Data Managers contribute to the optimization of data resources for informed decision-making and research purposes. Basic Qualifications (REQUIREMENTS):
- TS/SCI security clearance + active polygraph required.
- A Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of relevant experience. High school diploma or GED plus 9 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree plus 7 years of relevant experience may be considered.
- Degree in any field is acceptable.
Capabilities:
- Provide support for dataflow management requests and support teams
- Review requests for completeness and accuracy, as applicable to new data-flows or changes to existing
- Contribute to a decreasing backlog of submitted requests as well as maintaining and improving completion rates
- Work with the appropriate colleagues to refine requirements for mission management tools designed to enhance and improve work center processes
- Attend meetings and provide clarity for proposed system improvements

$85,000 - $185,000 a year The pay range for this job, with multi-levels, is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
