The ideal candidate will be able to handle at least 100 outbound calls per day and oversee a high volume of accounts. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct at least 100 outbound collection calls daily.
- Negotiate payment plans with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payments.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with the collections team to meet and exceed performance targets.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Self-motivated and trustworthy with strong communication skills.
- Previous experience in collections required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in computer systems and software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are highly regarded.
