Job Responsibilities- Work on-account balances for portfolio assigned.
- Research and implement effective collection techniques.
- Follow-up with clients on overdue accounts.
- Performs other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support AR.
- Reconciles client accounts and cash applications as necessary
- Provides customer service regarding collection issues as it pertains to anything that a customer requests or needs to ensure payment of past due balances.
- Manage assigned support tickets and resolve them in a timely manner.
Requirements- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
- Previous accounts receivable experience
- Intermediate skills in Excel
Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
- Experience in Highradius
- Experience in Workday
