- Schedule: M-F 8am - 5pm or 830am 530pm with 1 late night per week 10am - 7pm, and rotational Saturdays 8am - 12pm
- Pay Rate: $15 - $17hr Depending on experience

Job Details Front-End Collections CSR:
- Employee will have access to personal identifiable information (PII) and business confidential information
- Collection of subprime automobile accounts through our automated dialer system
- Handle customer service issues and process related paperwork
- Negotiation for payment arrangements on customer accounts
- Basic skip tracing
- Adherence to company policies and procedures in addition to compliance of state and federal regulations
- Other duties as assigned
Skills and Requirements for Front-End Collections CSR:
- Minimum of 1 year of collections experience in a Call Center environment
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and in writing
- Organized and efficient
- Adaptability and Punctual
- Ability to multi-task with strong negotiation skills
- Proficient dialer and skip tracing capabilities
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
