Leading the World with Innovative Healthcare Solutions that Enhance Lives Summary (Major Purpose of the Role):The administrative clerk will be preparing and securing documents required to file claims and dispute claims required by deductions and collections. Assist with maintaining digital data files.This is a six-month position, working Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.Main Activities/Responsibilities:
- Data Entry. Entering details in an excel spreadsheet.
- Maintain electronic storage files which contain various supporting documents or templates needed to process deductions or collections.
- Filing away debit memos and credit applications.
- Pulling documents such as invoices, shipping documents from SAP and Proof of Deliveries from external sources.
- Submitting disputes through email or vendor websites
- Other ad hoc duties.
Competencies:
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Words, Outlook)
- Organization and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work individually and collaborate with the department's members.
Reporting Relationships and Supervision:
- Reports directly to Manager of Deductions
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
