- Reviewing open accounts for collection and skip trace efforts.
- Handling inbound/outbound collection calls professionally.
- Collecting customer payments under payment due dates.
- Skipping trace to locate customer or unit Identify opportunities for account recourse.
- Sending all applicable statutory notices.
- Reviewing accounts for repossession.
Specific qualifications for the position include:
- Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
- Great background in auto collections.
Pay Rate Range: $20.00 23.00 per hourCompensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidates qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
