DescriptionAbout the RoleThe Collections Lead ensures that the credit and collection policies and procedures of Badger and its customers are adhered to. Oversee and actively participate in all collections and related activities for Badger. Ensure strict compliance with state and federal credit andcollection rules and regulations in all collection practices.What You'll Be Doing Responsible for collection coverage of assigned portfolio.Monitors portfolio of accounts by following documented collections processes.Drives resolution of disputes, while monitoring trends of disputes.Calculates and monitors customer collection metrics for portfolio and reconciles customer accounts.Responsible for all new hire training within the Collections group and works closely with other internal groups to set up interdepartmental training of new hires. QualificationsWhat You'll Need for Success 5+ years of experience in Collections preferred.2+ years of experience as a lead.Strong reasoning skills; problem solver, high level of curiosity, ability to dive deep, find solutions and deliver results.Solid experience with key financial tools and ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) as well as Microsoft Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint.
