- Develop, implement, and monitor workflows to improve efficiency in transaction processing and collections operations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and collections agents to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Perform research on customer accounts and transaction discrepancies, providing thorough analysis to reach resolutions.
- Maintain documentation of processes, findings, and communications to ensure transparency and compliance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices within the team.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to requests and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Skills:
- 2 + years of proven experience in a collections, banking operations or as a corporate administrative assistant in Financial Services.
- Demostrated problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and identify solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Proficient in PC skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
