Responsibilities:
We are currently adding a Collections Supervisor to the team. This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the collection team, to include:
- Recruit, mentor, and empower a high-performing collection team.
- Monitor, measure, and optimize team performance to exceed goals and deliver exceptional service.
- Handle escalated service issues with care and professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assist in negotiating and resolving past due accounts to maintain positive customer relationships.
- Innovate and refine departmental processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in collections management or a related field, ideally within waste management or similar industries.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a team towards achieving objectives.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate performance metrics and drive improvements.
- Ability to navigate complex situations and find solutions that benefit both customers and the company.
