Job Description:

As the Collections Manager, you will have the opportunity to manage a US Market, ensuring timely and effective recovery of outstanding payments from clients. With a commitment to excellence and a dedication to professional development, we offer a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage collections operations for the U.S. Accounts Receivable team
  • Develop and maintain relationships with partners, clients, and colleagues
  • Utilize data insights and metrics to inform strategic decisions and optimize collections effectiveness
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the team
  • Serve as lead for departmental projects and application upgrades
  • Regularly communicate with Assistant Director of Accounts Receivable to discuss performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Support pursuit of client payments when necessary
  • Perform ad hoc requests and other duties as assigned
  • Management Accountabilities:
  • Ensure departmental performance and achievement of goals
  • Address performance issues in a timely manner
  • Conduct annual performance assessments
  • Provide professional development, training, and mentoring
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in professional services industry
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience
  • Legal or professional services background preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial/collection software
