- Two days: 9:15am to 6pm
- Three days: 8am to 4:45pm

- Pay Rate: $18-$20hr
Job Description for Collections Rep: We are currently seeking a Collections Representative for our office in Mt. Laurel, NJ. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months of experience in a collections call center, preferably with third-party collections. Strong familiarity with dialer systems, computer literacy, and excellent communication skills are essential. Responsibilities for Collections Rep:
- Work a 40-hour shift per week according to the provided schedule.
- Contact consumers with past due accounts and negotiate payment arrangements.
- Display empathy and professionalism while negotiating outstanding balances.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding debt collections.
- Follow NRA collection scripts and processes.
- Accurately document all activities using the NRA system.
