- Positive, enthusiastic, and winning attitude!
- Be a key player in facilitating the process of collecting payments
- Work with the sales team to determine the best course of action to collect
- Full understanding of the Mechanics lien and Small Claims process
- Extreme attention to detail with the ability to stay focused and work hard
- Hold yourself and your team accountable for accuracy
- Answer calls from customers and team members with world-class hospitality
- Assist with other financial and office needs as requested
- As you grow in your role you will assist in training and motivating new team members
