Collections Specialist in Winston Salem, NC 6mo - 1 Year Contracts (extension/conversion to perm possible) Salary: $20-$21 hourlyRemote Hybrid: onsite 3 days and 2 days remote. Locations: Winston Salem, NC (must live within 1 hour)ROLE:
- The Collections Specialist contributes to the success of the account by driving cash flow and managing relationships with internal and external customers.
- Required to identify, analyze, and solve customer concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Generate ideas and seize opportunities to drive reduction in DCSO and over 30 (aged receivables)
- Apply knowledge of key customer financial indicators to evaluate portfolio risk
- Initiate customer contact (e-mail, outbound phone calls) to manage collection process
What we're looking for:
- REQUIRED: Minimum of 2 year of collections experience.
- Excel experiencehelpful (Pivot Tables and V-Lookup helpful)
- Skills: Deduction resolution (pricing, shortages, compliance, returns); Large call volume; Check reconciliation; Understands the order to cash process
- SAP experience is a plus, but not required
