Ideal Candidate Qualifications:Were looking for someone who is:
- A highly motivated self-starter
- Experienced in collections and accounts receivable
- Skilled at collaborating with different departments to resolve customer issues
- Capable of multitasking effectively
- Proficient in navigating client portals for payment research
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Knowledgeable about Florida Lien Law (a plus)
- Excellent at building positive relationships with customers, with a background in customer service being beneficial
Experience Requirements:
- 2-3 years in collections, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for complex spreadsheets
- Familiarity with the waste management industry is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Creative problem-solving skills to proactively address service and collections issues
Additional Information:This role primarily involves sedentary work, requiring sitting most of the time with occasional standing or walking. You may need to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally.
