Overview of the Collections Specialist Role:
- Monitor aging accounts and run aging reports
- Perform business-to-business collections via phone and email
- Manage customer relationships
- Apply payments to customer accounts
- Research and resolve discrepancies and disputes
Preferred Qualifications for the Collections Specialist:
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting
- Minimum three years of collections experience
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Location: This role is 100% onsite in Plymouth, IN
Salary: $40,840 - $47,840 depending on experience
