Your Role: •Make outgoing calls to past due borrowers to arrange payments after reviewing past due accounts with both dealers and borrowers. •Answer calls from borrowers and occasionally dealers regarding borrower accounts. •Process payments via the internet from borrowers after negotiating payment arrangements. •Approve and process deferred payments after evaluating the situation. •Arrange repossession of goods sold to borrowers as necessary. •Provide payoff quotes to dealers on borrower accounts. •Investigate and process misapplied payments due to internal and external errors. •Maintain collection reference files on a PC and review account receivables periodically. •Perform other duties as needed. What we're looking for: •High School Degree or GED required. •Minimum of 1-2 years of collection experience required, preferably with consumer credit (i.e., credit cards, third-party collections, etc.). •Detail-oriented with strong analytical and critical thinking skills. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills. •Strong time management and organizational skills. •Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer database systems.
