Job Description:

Our Client is seeking a highly skilled Collision Recruiter to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting qualified candidates. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in recruiting, Human Resources, and Collision.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases and social media
  • Screen candidates' resumes and job applications
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
  • Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
  • Requirements:

  • Outgoing and personable individual with the ability to connect and build relationships with candidates and clients
  • 1+ year(s) of verifiable professional experience as a Recruiter
  • Customer Service and/or Sales experience
  • Excellent computer skills – MS Office Suite, Social Media Platforms
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong skills in database management, organization, and record keeping
  • Work well independently and as part of a team with flexibility to take on a variety of tasks
  • Exceptional time management
  • Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Attention to detail and quality workmanship
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Collision Experience Preferred
