Our Client is seeking a highly skilled Collision Recruiter to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting qualified candidates. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in recruiting, Human Resources, and Collision.

Responsibilities:
Design and implement overall recruiting strategyDevelop and update job descriptions and job specificationsPerform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectivesPrepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/collegesSource and recruit candidates by using databases and social mediaScreen candidates' resumes and job applicationsConduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within scheduleOnboard new employees in order to become fully integratedMonitor and apply HR recruiting best practicesProvide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the teamAct as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection processAssess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudesRequirements:
Outgoing and personable individual with the ability to connect and build relationships with candidates and clients1+ year(s) of verifiable professional experience as a RecruiterCustomer Service and/or Sales experienceExcellent computer skills – MS Office Suite, Social Media PlatformsExcellent interpersonal skills; strong oral and written communication skillsStrong skills in database management, organization, and record keepingWork well independently and as part of a team with flexibility to take on a variety of tasksExceptional time managementQualifications:
High school diploma or equivalentAttention to detail and quality workmanshipStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work well in a team environmentCollision Experience PreferredBenefits:
