As an HVAC Comfort Advisor, you will be responsible for generating new business by identifying customer needs and providing tailored HVAC solutions. This role involves engaging with potential and existing customers, conducting comprehensive assessments of their heating and cooling systems, and recommending appropriate products and services to enhance comfort and energy efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a thorough understanding of HVAC systems, and a strong sales acumen.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet with potential customers to discuss their HVAC needs and preferences.
  • Conduct in-home evaluations to assess the current HVAC system and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Explain the features and benefits of various HVAC products and services.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HVAC products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the installation and service teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Qualifications:

  • HVAC experience is not required but is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience
  • Excellent Communicator
  • B2C sales experience or aptitude
  • In-home sales
  • Must be able to read and write in English.
  • Strong decision-making abilities
  • Comfortable navigating through multiple software systems

Physical Demands:

  • Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in the stationary position for 50% of the
  • May be required to bend, climb (stairs or ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run.
  • May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time.
  • May be required to maneuver up to 25 lb. by lifting, carrying, or pushing

Pay Transparency:

The starting salary for this opportunity ranges as it is commission-based; the anticipated first-year earnings average $100k$175k. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a great client experience by educated them on way we can improve the health, safety and comfort of their home environment
  • Answer any customer questions and inform them of any pertinent information about their equipment.
  • Communicate daily with the sales coordinator, and/or sales manager.
  • Document every call/job in an organized and detailed manner.
  • Office time required for trainings, meetings, and required follow up/prospecting.
Qualifications:

  • HVAC experience is not required, but a plus
  • Proven sales experience, B2C preferred
  • Valid drivers license

The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands.
