Job Summary:
As a Commercial and Personal Lines - Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Trucordia, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with inquiries and issues, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and support related to both commercial and personal line support.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
* Process both new business and renewals for customers.
* Skillfully identify and assess customers' needs, delivering appropriate and effective solutions.
* Process payments and submit insurance premiums accurately and in a timely manner.
* Develop a comprehensive knowledge of our product offerings to assist customers accurately and efficiently.
* Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions to continuously improve service quality.
Qualifications:
* Valid, Pennsylvania Commercial and Personal lines insurance license.
* 1-2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative with Insurance.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
* Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess clients' needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Technical proficiency with insurance agency management systems.
