Requirements
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
*phone interaction and in-person interaction with current customer base. Interaction involves fielding customer requests, agency management documentation, processing of policy changes, billing inquiries and answering general policy questions.
*interaction with HawkSoft agency management system involving new business policy declarations, renewal policy declarations, policy changes, cancellations, etc.
*the administration of an existing commercial book of business. The primary focus will be the handling of our existing, small accounts division. This role will also be involved in a support capacity with larger commercial accounts.
*providing personal lines customer service duties. For account rounding of commercial clients and our large personal lines book of business, this is vital to our value offering.
* involvement in team office meetings. Meetings focus on reviewing new accounts written, policies recently lost, office / workflow improvements, customer / carrier challenges, recent customer claims, etc.
