A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field sets the foundation for your expertise, complemented by over 5 years of experience in commercial banking. Your background in sales within the financial services industry will set you up for success in cultivating strong customer relationships.Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. Your analytical prowess, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities will be put to the test as you navigate the local financial marketplace and utilize spreadsheet, word processing, and database software programs to support your daily operations seamlessly.Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- Bachelor's degree from in the field of business or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of commercial banking experience.
- Prior sales experience in financial services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and assist at other locations as requested.
- Analytical, organizational, time management and problem-solving ability.
- Good knowledge of spreadsheet, word processing and database software programs.
- Familiarity with local financial marketplace.
