- Assumes responsibility for efficiently performing commercial lending and banking services functions.
- Assumes responsibility to monitor business documents ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
- Assumes responsibility to support the business growth plan to grow the commercial loan portfolio and commercial banking accounts.
- Assumes responsibility to collect and process application information for both loan and share accounts.
- Assumes responsibility for community outreach, networking and working with branches to help identify both business loan and share account opportunities.
- The employee is responsible for reading and shall strictly adhere to all policies, rules and regulations, and training that have been or that may hereafter be established by or applicable to Company for the conduct of its employees, and further, Employee shall strictly adhere to all the provisions of the Company's handbook(s).
