This position requires 100% travel to various job sites across the Southeast. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, with a focus on healthcare projects, particularly in medical imaging facilities. This position requires travel during the week but you are typically home on weekends. Key Responsibilities: Perform all aspects of carpentry work, including framing, drywall, finishing, and cabinetry. Interpret and follow blueprints and building plans to meet the needs of clients. Install structures and fixtures, such as windows, doors, and molding. Measure, cut, or shape wood, plastic, and other materials. Construct building frameworks, including walls, floors, and doorframes. Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures. Instruct and direct laborers and other construction helpers. Ensure all work is performed in accordance with industry standards and safety regulations. Requirements: Ability to travel 100% - You will typically be away from home from Monday morning to Thursday or Friday Proven experience as a Carpenter. Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction. Proficient in using power and manual equipment and measurement tools (powered saws, hammers, rulers, etc.). Ability to read technical documents and drawings. Willingness to travel extensively (100%) and work at various job sites across the Southeastern U.S. Excellent physical condition and stamina.
