Responsibilities: Construct frameworks and structures following blueprints, drawings, and sketches accurately. Renovate office and warehouse spaces with innovative new designs. Ensure the establishment and completion of building foundations meet required standards. Expertly install doors, windows, drywall, and flooring in commercial properties. Uphold health and safety compliance diligently while working independently. Qualifications: The ideal candidate for this Commercial Carpenter position in Pittsburgh, PA, USA should possess 3-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial construction and remodeling projects. A thorough understanding of basic mathematical principles is a prerequisite for this role. Ability to operate hand and power tools, perform tasks at heights using ladders or scaffolding, and lift items weighing more than 50 lbs is crucial.
