We Offer: $15 per hour & paid WEEKLY!Gas reimbursement provided.1st Raise after 90 days of successful employment!Employee Referral Bonus ProgramAdvancement opportunities available.PTO Available after 1 year of employmentPaid Holidays Responsibilities Include but are not limited to: Supporting front line cleanersMaking sure all cleaning specifications are performed properly and in a timely mannerMaintaining supply inventory and delivering supplies to cleaning techs.Checking cleaning quality after cleaning shiftsTraining new and existing cleaning techs on proper cleaning techniqueFill-In cleaning as needed This is a hands-on position and not an office position. This position will work throughout the Chattanooga regional area daily. Your typical days of work are starting at 4:30pm. You will be collaborating daily with our team, working with our front-line employees, checking accounts, training new employees, re-supplying accounts, and fill-in cleaning. The individual selected must be capable of working with little supervision, have good people skills, be a quick thinker, flexible, and a problem solver.
